The cognitive-hermeneutic analysis of fiction concept architectonics is represented. The concept sphere of M. Boulgakov`s &amp;ldquo;The White Guard&amp;rdquo; is studied. The nominative fields` parameters of fiction concept named &amp;ldquo;Spring Kiev&amp;rdquo; are identified. The architectonics of fiction concept named &amp;ldquo;Spring Kiev&amp;rdquo; is studied as the unit of subconcepts: Time, Space, Light, Sound, the Dnieper, Townspeople, Power. The degree of cross-cultural adaptation of subconcepts` nominative fields at the translation from Russian to English is identified.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the literary text as the complex research construct.
