The author demonstrates a fairly well-known criteria, calling them the basic documents, that result in the identification of language personality. These set-tings are reflected in the conventionally called document demonstrating the language equipment, mobility and competence of the person. The role of the document is played by two forms of the natural language &amp;ndash; written and oral. Linguistic tools provide an opportunity to talk about the specifics of language thinking, algorithmic construction of statements and, as a result, undertaken or planned speech or physical actions. The author comes to the conclusion that the fundamental positions of the oral and written forms of communication are the same for a language personality. In both cases the individual shows consistency in thinking, willingness in communicative reactions, ability in choosing suitable language material.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Language personality is a mode of existence in the linguistic and cultural environment.
