The author analyzes the semantic structure of utterances with evaluative particles and systematizes components of the communicative situation of evaluation. The article describes the central evaluative and qualificative meaning which is actualized by particles, as well as some related subjective modal meanings. The author reveals the speech factors, determining the speech situation of evaluative qualification of events in the process of communication.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to Russian particles as the means of representation and actualization of the speech situation of evaluative qualification of events.
