The work touches upon the question of semantic distinctive features, meanings and variants of using the prepositions from the point of view of a space-temporal code. In the focus of our attention is also a brief overview of the prepositional system of languages with different structure. The problem is highlighted from the point of view of anthropocentric paradigm, space-temporal representation of the language and national-specific picture of the world.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the problem of temporal prepositions use with the concept &amp;ldquo;Seasons&amp;rdquo;, it also provides a brief overview of the issue on the material of the French and Russian languages.
