The types of strategies and tactics identity politics are analyzed. An algorithm for the study of the institutional features of the language person is nominated. The basis for identifying the essential features of the language of personality is a cognitive approach that takes into account the complex communicative parameters of a politician.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper investigates the impact of speech on the part of institutional language personality.
