Работа посвящена изучению семантики составных языковых единиц из сферы деловой фразеологии, которые, с одной стороны, являются терминами и, с другой стороны, единицами фразеологического уровня языка. Объект исследования составлен из двух с половиной сотен двухкомпонентных субстантивных терминологических единиц фразеологического свойства, отбор которых был осуществлен методом сплошной выборки из нового толкового англоязычного словаря деловой терминологии, изданного под редакцией М. Мерфи. Для уточнения лингвистического статуса устойчивого словосочетания-термина и отождествления его как фразеологической единицы применялся метод фразеологической идентификации А. В. Кунина. В процессе исследования применялись и другие методы фразеологического анализа и описания: для выяснения значения ФЕ-термина применялись методики анализа словарных дефиниций, для уточнения значения ФЕ-термина применялся метод контекстуального анализа. Предмет данного исследования – характер переосмысления прототипного словосочетания, которое положено в основу терминологического фразеологизма и наличие парадигматических связей ФЕ-терминов изучаемой микросистемы языка. Цель исследования – определение соотношения фразеологизмов-терминов с полным и частичным переосмыслением компонентов прототипного словосочетания и определение соотношения видов системных парадигматических связей ФЕ-терминов и их описание. В результате исследования были выявлены две группы ФЕ-терминов с полным и частичным переосмыслением компонентов прототипного словосочетания и определено процентное соотношение между ними. Семантический анализ выявил также наличие парадигматических связей и таких их разновидностей, как полисемия, идеографическая синонимия и вариантность.
The work is devoted to the study of the semantics of compound linguistic units from the sphere of business phraseology, which, on the one hand, are terms and, on the other hand, are units of the phraseological level of the language. The object of the research is composed of two and a half hundred two-component substantive terminological units of phraseological properties, the selection of which was carried out by the method of continuous sampling from the new explanatory English-language dictionary of business terminology, published under the editorship of M. Murphy. To clarify the linguistic status of a stable phrase-term and identify it as a phraseological unit, the method of phraseological identification by A.V. Kunin was used. In the course of the research, some other methods of phraseological analysis and description were used: to find out the meaning of a phraseological unit, the methods of analyzing dictionary definitions were used, to clarify the meaning of a phraseological unit, the method of contextual analysis was used. The subject of this research is the nature of the semantic transfer of the prototypical phrase, which is the basis of the terminological phraseological unit and the presence of paradigmatic connections of phraseological units of the studied microsystem of the language. The purpose of the study is to determine the ratio of phraseological units-terms with a complete and partial semantic transfer of the components of the prototypical phrase and to determine the ratio of the types of systemic paradigmatic connections of phraseological units and their description. As a result of the study, two groups of phraseological units were identified with complete and partial semantic transfer of the components in the prototypical phrase and the percentage ratio between them was determined. Semantic analysis also revealed the presence of paradigmatic connections and their varieties such as polysemy, ideographic synonymy and variability.
