COGNITIVE SCENE AS A FORMAT OF RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE REPRESENTATION (BASED ON THE SERMON «SUNDAY BEFORE PENTECOST» BY METROPOLITAN ANTHONY OF SOUROZH)

The article deals with the discourse as the complex communicative and cognitive research synergetic construct. The sermon as the format of religious discourse is researched. The cognitive and hermeneutic analysis of the sermon architectonics «Sunday before Pentecost» by metropolitan Anthony of Sourozh is performed. Some specificities of the religious knowledge format are identified, including: (1) the word God is pronounced 50 times; (2) temporal text vectors alternate from nowadays to biblical times, then to nowadays; (3) reference to the Holy Books; (4) cyclicity of the words representing the journey in biblical times and nowadays; (5) the presence of a cultureme and biblical toponyms. The basic cognitive structure of the studied sermon is a cognitive scene «Gifts». The predominance of duble-vectorial linear cognitive subscenes in the sermon architectonics «Sunday before Pentecost» by metropolitan Anthony of Sourozh is identified.
