The current state of linguistic science is characterized by considerable variability of scientific schools and approaches. Wherein, the study of the problems of communication remains one of the important trends in the scientific search. Sustained scientists` interest to the dialogical relationship is a general methodological context and a platform for discussion issues of the language interaction in terms of the different academic positions. The tendency to study the issues of linguistic complexity, dynamics, and nonlinearity entails the development of appropriate language technologies. Modeling is one of the competitive research methods of linguistic interaction. The paper argues in favour of the adequacy of the development of the «dynamic dialogic system» scientific construct. We present a number of methodological dichotomies that can be used as methodological guidelines for the system levels design. It is argued that continuity and consistency in the scientific description of linguistic communication is a matter of great importance.
