Аргумент в академическом письме: систематический обзор предметного поля
Введение. Аргументативное письмо является центральным компонентом академической грамотности в высшем образовании, однако исследования понятий «аргумент», «аргументация» и «аргументативное письмо» остаются разрозненными в рамках различных дисциплинарных традиций и часто опираются на несопоставимые определения и аналитические схемы. Такая фрагментация имеет практические последствия для преподавания и оценивания, особенно в условиях расширения технологически поддерживаемых сред письма и инструментов с поддержкой искусственного интеллекта, которые используются для сопровождения и оценки аргументации.
Цель. Картировать концептуальные и методологические подходы к изучению аргумента в академическом письме в высшем образовании, включая дефиниции аргументативного письма, используемые модели аргумента, способы операционализации качества аргумента, доминирующие исследовательские направления, а также роль цифровых и AI-опосредованных сред в обучении и оценивании аргументации.
Материалы и методы. Обзор проводился в соответствии с руководством PRISMA-ScR и с использованием рамки PCC для определения критериев включения источников. Структурированный поиск был выполнен в базе данных “Scopus” 27 сентября 2025 г. с применением заранее определённых запросов, охватывающих аргументативное письмо, академическое письмо и высшее образование; также применялся поиск по спискам литературы включённых работ для выявления дополнительных релевантных исследований. Источники отбирались в соответствии с критериями включения и исключения, а данные фиксировались в стандартизированной форме извлечения. Синтез включал: (a) библиометрическое картирование совместной встречаемости ключевых слов с использованием VOSviewer для выявления основных тематических блоков; (b) экспертное тематическое кодирование для интерпретации концептуализаций, моделей и методологических паттернов в отобранной литературе. Согласованность кодирования обеспечивалась в ходе итеративного процесса.
Результаты. В обзор были включены 95 источников. Количество публикаций увеличилось после 2018 г., при этом наибольшая доля исследований приходится на 2019–2020 гг.; географически эмпирическая база преимущественно сосредоточена в Азии и странах Америки. Библиометрическое картирование и экспертный синтез выявили несколько повторяющихся блоков: теоретические и дефиниционные исследования аргумента/аргументации в академическом письме; педагогические исследования обучения аргументативному письму и соответствующих форм сопровождения; работы, ориентированные на оценивание (рубрики, показатели качества и технологии поддерживаемой оценки); социолингвистические и межъязыковые перспективы, особенно в контекстах EFL/L2; а также формирующееся направление, связанное с цифровыми средами письма, автоматической обратной связью и поддержкой на основе ИИ. В корпусе исследований классическая традиция, модель Тулмина и модель Роджерса выступают влиятельными рамками моделирования, однако применяются непоследовательно; операционализация качества аргумента существенно варьируется, чаще отдавая приоритет выявляемым структурным элементам по сравнению с более устойчивыми показателями силы рассуждения или эпистемической интеграции.
Заключение. Проведённый обзор показывает, что развитие исследований аргументативного письма в высшем образовании сдерживается не недостатком работ, а отсутствием концептуальной и методологической согласованности. Различия в определениях аргумента, моделях его анализа и способах оценки качества ограничивают сопоставимость результатов и осложняют перенос выводов в практику преподавания и оценивания. В этих условиях особую значимость приобретает интеграция теорий аргументации с более надёжными и содержательно ориентированными подходами к оценке аргумента, особенно на фоне растущей автоматизации структурных аспектов письма в цифровых и AI-опосредованных средах.
