SELF-PRESENTATION OF A COMPANY IN THE VIRTUAL SPACE

This article explores the virtual discourse, the relevance of studying corporate sites as its genre, and also features the company self-presentation in the virtual space; it also identifies methods and tactics used to raise the effectiveness of company self-presentation. The paper provides an overview of the work of linguists on the virtual discourse strategies implemented on the official websites of corporations to improve their efficiency.
